**Pitch Trips Terms and Conditions**

**Effective Date: August 1st, 2023**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pitch Trips ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to participation in soccer tours, training sessions, and related activities. By registering for our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

**1. Registration and Deposit:**

   - To reserve a place on our soccer tour, you must complete the registration process and pay the required deposit by the deadline specified in your registration materials.

   - Any changes to your registration after September 31st will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

**2. Eligibility:**

   - Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the tour details provided. This may include age restrictions and other requirements such as ability level.

**3. Tour Details:**

   - All tour details, including match schedules, training sessions, and sightseeing activities, are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in advance.

**4. Insurance:**

   - Pitch Trips provides public liability insurance to cover certain aspects of the tour. However, participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any additional insurance they may require such as travel/ health insurance. For more information, please contact a Pitch Trips staff member.

**5. Code of Conduct:**

   - A more specific code of conduct will be provided to participants prior to each tour. Participants are expected to adhere to this code, which includes respectful and responsible behavior towards other participants, staff, and local communities. There is a strict no alcohol policy for players under the age of 21. In countries where the legal drinking age is lower than 21, a player must have written parent approval in order to drink alcohol on tour.

**6. Cancellations and Refunds:**

   - Cancellation policies are outlined in your registration materials. Please review them carefully before registering. 

The following information applies to the Spring Break tour. Similar conditions will apply to the Fall Break tour and will be updated in due course.

Should you change your mind about the tour, we will refund all payments minus the non-refundable deposit (until December 31st). If you are able to find a replacement player, we will also be able to refund the deposit. Please note that after January 31st we will not be able to provide any type of refund unless you are able to provide a fully paying replacement player. If your child needs to be removed from the tour due to injury, we will require an approved doctor's note before a full refund can be processed.  Upon receipt of the doctors note, a full refund will be provided.

**7. Liability:**

   - Pitch Trips is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses incurred during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

**8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**

   - These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

**9. Severability:**

   - If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

**10. Changes to Terms:**

    - We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

**11. Privacy Policy:**

    - Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website.

**12. Entire Agreement:**

    - These Terms, along with any other legal and website policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pitch Trips regarding your use of our services.

By registering for our services and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of our services.
