Pitch Trips Terms and Conditions

  • Any changes to your registration after September 31st will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Tour Details:

  • All tour details, including match schedules, training sessions, and sightseeing activities, are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in advance.

4. Insurance:

5. Code of Conduct:

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellation policies are outlined in your registration materials. Please review them carefully before registering. Any cancellations made after September 31st will result in the loss of your deposit.

7. Liability:

  • Pitch Trips is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses incurred during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
