Refund policy

Cancellations and Refunds:

   - Cancellation policies are outlined in your registration materials. Please review them carefully before registering. 

The following information applies to the Spring Break tour. Similar conditions will apply to the Fall Break tour and will be updated in due course.

Should you change your mind about the tour, we will refund all payments minus the non-refundable deposit (until December 31st). If you are able to find a replacement player, we will also be able to refund the deposit. Please note that after January 31st we will not be able to provide any type of refund unless you are able to provide a fully paying replacement player. If your child needs to be removed from the tour due to injury, we will require an approved doctor's note before a full refund can be processed.  Upon receipt of the doctors note, a full refund will be provided.
